The Village of Carbon Library hosts its annual Christmas Market. December 7 12-4 pm @ the Carbon Community Centre
Stop in at 12 pm for lunch in Carbon, at the community centre where you can shop for your loved ones during the Library's annual Christmas market, with 25 + vendors. (Mellaluca, Sunset Gourmet, Thirty-one, wood working, art, crafts, jewellery, and so much more... :)
C.O.P. is serving lunch while raising funds to continue.
Santa will be stopping by around 3 pm, as the free sleigh ride takes you around town prior to the Carbon Tree lighting.
At 5 pm be sure to stop by the skating rink for the grand opening. (The skating ring is located east of the curling rink and school, at the end of Caradoc Ave.) There will be hot dogs, chilli and hot chocolate to warm you. Donuts to enjoy while you are surrounded with Christmas cheer.
From 6 -8 pm you are treated to carollers, sleigh rides, and a visit from Santa, where his elves the Carbon Legion Riders 161 will be gifting children grab bags.
