Drum Discovery is a training and support program for customer facing staff on May 16 & 17, 2023. It is meant to equip front-line staff with the tools to become ambassadors of the Drumheller Valley.
Includes:
* A familiarization tour of the Valley with a mix of drive by and visits to local attractions
* Customer care training from the Royal Tyrrell Museum
* Community support information
* Certification for the employee
* Certificate and decal for the business
* A celebratory lunch for employees which includes a 'toquing' ceremony
Familiarization tour: Tuesday, May 16 from 8:00am – 4:30pm, starts and ends at the World's Largest Dinosaur. Please bring your own bag lunch.
Drum Discovery Essentials & Celebration Ceremony: Wednesday, May 17 from 8:00am – 1:00pm, Canalta Cretaceous Conference Centre. Lunch will be provided.
Cost: $55+GST per employee. Ask about financial support.
