This advanced Nordic walking class will challenge you to move faster and go farther. Class sizes are limited to 8, so register early. Walking locations will be given upon registration. In the event of inclement weather, class will be rescheduled or moved indoors to the "Studio on 3rd" and run for one hour in the Indoor Walking & Wellness Class format.
