Asset is looking for new members who have an interest in the youth in the community and surrounding area.
Engaging partners in the Drumheller area to foster and strengthen asset development for all youth.
Asset development is the fostering of the developmental assets that children and adolescents need to become healthy, caring, productive, successful adults. A community engaged in asset development for youth is committed to identifying the needed developmental assets that children and adolescents in the community are lacking, and to work to provide those assets. The more of these assets an adolescent has in life, the less likely he/she is to engage in risky behavior or experience situations that put him/her at risk
